Nicholas R. Brown is the Founder and Director of Conservative Congress, as well as thelobbyist and techlobbyist. He hails from Atlanta, where he currently resides after a recent stint in Washington, DC. He brings with him undergraduate degrees in political science and journalism, and a Masters of Public Administration. Mr. Brown specializes in High-Technology and Internet policy, and is a passionate political blogger. He has spent time with The Heritage Foundation and Competitive Enterprise Institute, and is currently a research associate and content manager for a high-profile digital think tank, as well as being a contributor at The Daily Caller.

J. Austin Russell, J.D. (Matriculation 2012)
Founder

J. Austin Russell was born in California and raised in Utah. At fourteen years old, he began his formal education at George Wythe College, and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts. He has worked for Fidelity Investments and Wells Fargo. Additionally, Mr. Russell spent two years on the mission field in Honduras and El Salvador. Currently he is enrolled at The George Washington University School of Law in Washington D.C.

Robert “RJ” Caster
Co-Founder

RJ Caster is currently a Federal caseworker in the state of Maryland, where he also attended a small college. Here he excelled as a vocal conservative voice on campus and was speaker on several Iraq War II panels, and presented alongside his college professor at the 2007-2008 Midwest Political Science Association conference in Chicago, their paper “The Anti-Federalists and the Modern Conservative Movement”. His topics of interest include but are not limited to political philosophy, international relations and foreign policy and he frequently guest lectures at schools and colleges. Mr. Caster is a contributor at thelobbyist.

Will ElLaissi was born and raised in Augusta, Ga and brings with him an undergraduate degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and is currently receiving his Masters of Health Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Mr. ElLaissi focuses on the cost differentials of the US health care system and other world health care systems. He is a contributor at thelobbyist.

Dustin Siggins
Bloggers and Media Liaison

Dustin Siggins is a graduate of Plymouth State University’s school of business, and has spent time at The Heritage Foundation and was formerly the Assistant Director of Communications for a DC based health care trade association. Currently Mr. Siggins works for conservative talk show host Laura Ingraham. Additionally he is the Editorial Director for thelobbyist, and is a contributor at Right-O Sphere and The Daily Caller. He has been linked to by sites such as Real Clear Politics and has appeared on National Public Radio to defend Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. Most recently he participated in fraud watch reporting with Americans for Limited Government in the Massachusetts special election.
