This happens to be a very controversial topic in the movement today, as libertarian-minded members of the movement have abdicated their support of what counted as a "Conservative" foreign policy under President Bush, while a majority of Conservatives still favor a more 'Interventionist' foriegn policy approach. I fall into the latter camp.
